As Principles of Team HR, Kathy Coughlin and Allan Gentile bring over fifty years of experience and knowledge.

Kathy Coughlin is co-founder and President of Team HR.  She is committed to partnering with businesses to provide quality, measurable and cost-effective HR services. Prior to Team HR, Kathy was Vice President of Human Resources for a highly successful health care agency with over 2,000 employees and has over 20 years of senior Human Resource management experience. She has been a long-time member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and was a Chapter President of SHRM in NY.  Kathy currently is a member of the Health Care Task Force of the Associated Industries of Florida and has been guest speaker on the crisis in health care throughout Florida. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with an emphasis in healthcare.

Allan Gentile is co-founder and Chief I/T Architect of Team HR.  Prior to Team HR, Allan retired from IBM after thirty-three years of service.  He was the technical lead on several multi-million dollar projects at IBM.  His last held position at IBM was Senior Consulting Systems Architect for the VP of Worldwide Storage Systems Sales.  In addition to heading technology for Team HR, Allan is the head of I/T for Capitol-Group Health Services, a worksite insurance brokerage.  He has been working with computers since 1966.
